Rendon Remodeling & Design, LLC is a full-service, family-owned and operated residential remodeling company.  We carry a Class “A” license in the state of Virginia and are fully insured.  We have over 25 years of experience working with homeowners in the Northern Virginia area.  We provide the highest quality workmanship and offer personalized service to our clients to be sure we are meeting your needs and helping to make your remodeling dreams a reality.

FRED RENDON, Owner/President has earned Virginia's Class "A" license and is a Certified Remodeler (CR) through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).  This program assures that he has comprehensive knowledge and experience in residential remodeling as well as a commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.  Fred has over 25 years working with homeowners in Northern Virginia from residential remodeling to insurance restoration.  

MICHAEL RENDON, manages our sales and marketing.  As an ex-Marine, Michael brings a high level of discipline and professionalism to our company.  He went to college where he studied Kinelsiology and worked as a personal trainer.  He made a career transition to the remodeling industry and is extremely motivated and dedicated to continue and better himself in his profession.  Michael has completed the Green Remodeling Education Course and is a Green Certifed Professional through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).  He has a passion for green remodeling, building more sustainable homes, energy efficiency, improving indoor air quality, and protecting the environment.  Michael attends local trainings on all aspects of residential remodeling and has a passion to learn more.  He is currenly training to become a Certified Remodeler through NARI.

JOSEPH RENDON, received his MBA from Radford University in May, 2007. He has worked in the remodeling industry during all his high school and college breaks learning the skills of carpenter.  He attends local trainings when available and is excited to begin the necessary steps to complete NARI's Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) certification in the near future.
