Our Story

The company’s inception was a dream come true for our founder, Fred Rendon. After a career in Toxicology research, Fred discovered that he had a love and interest in construction from a long-time friend who owned a remodeling business in Northern VA. Fred worked for many years learning all the ins and outs of remodeling and construction. It was then time to make the “break” from the research field and follow his dream.

With a wealth of experience, he acquired a Class “A” license in Virginia and, with conviction, chose to carve his own path by starting Rendon Remodeling & Design in 2005. His wife, Karen Rendon, also started the company with him and they worked hand in hand for many years until it was passed on to their sons Michael and Joey. Both sons joined the company, starting from the ground up and contributing significantly to its growth and success over the years.
