Home remodeling projects are extremely exciting. However, we understand that this can be a big endeavor. At Rendon Remodeling & Design, we have developed our process with our client in mind so that the center of this process is the excitement of your vision for your home. We know that our clients are looking for something different. Our process is what sets us apart; it’s a process of support. Remodeling is not a perfect science, but our process allows us to bring in all of the necessary experts to fulfill your vision. Our mission is to guide and assist homeowners through every facet of the project.

We begin with the initial complimentary consultation where your ideas and goals are the core of that meeting. We closely listen to your design vision, timeline and budget as well as evaluate the existing conditions to determine the best approach in reaching those goals.

A general description is developed and prepared with the goals, timeline and budget in mind. We involve you in generating plans for the design and material selection process and fine tune the details. With our leading-edge design and estimating software, we can give you a clearer, visual depiction of the end result. In order to minimize unexpected budgetary changes, we provide a detailed estimate of the costs based on everything determined during the design phase. By devising such a detailed plan at the beginning, we can reduce the need for addendums during production of the project.

At this point we create an agreement that encompasses your approved final plans, custom material selections and timeline. This is the step where the project begins to come together. We never want our clients to feel uninformed or unaware of the changes happening to their homes. Our pre-construction meeting explains how to prepare for the construction and what to expect. We want to minimize disruptions to your daily routine by maintaining active communication. Remodeling is a disruption to your day-to-day function of your home, but we aim to make it as painless and seamless as possible. It is our duty to our clients to meet your timeline and ensure quality and cost control during all phases of construction while guaranteeing careful communication by answering questions and addressing any of your ideas.

Following construction, your Production Manager will thoroughly inspect the project and create a final punch list and schedule for full completion.

At completion you will receive your full warranty packet outlining all warranties associated with your project.
